Yesterday Irequested services from this company, tocarry myfurniture, 2employees who were doing work left mysofa inthe trash claiming they were tired and that the sofa was heavy, ithurt mea lot tosee mysofa inthe trash because two lazy people didn't want tocarry itshe came tomy apartment. after Ihave paid for the full service. They did this because they realized that Ididn't speak English perfectly. regardless oflanguage Ithink people should simply focus more ontheir work.because the fact that I'm not from here doesn't give people the right tothink they should humiliate usby doing usan incompletejob. I'm going totake the photos and video ofmy sofa inthe trash where they left itand I'm going tosue this company. this happens exactly atthe uhaul ofcapitol av755, atthe 4pm loading.… – show

The customer service here was excellent. The person who assisted uswas professional and courteous. The vehicle was immaculate and wehad noproblems. Wewere able todrop the vehicle off ata U-Haul near our destination and that also went smoothly. I'm always leery about these kinds ofservices, but myexperience was great and Iwould rent from them again.

Very very very disappointed. Super long wait, anytime you gohere you'llsee. Was told mydrivers license was CRACKED sohe couldn't rent the truck with the reservation.

I have been there for 6years, anit get worse changed twice for different storage, rat infestation, had call ins toget money back onstuff that was damage, the company need toclean upan redo the building but they keep raising toprice ofthe storage

Took 30minutes toCheckout, because ofmany employees but only one window open. The guy behind the counter was texting throughout.
Then ontruck return the UHaul website was down and despite 4lengthy phone calls (the location itself does not take calls) they never took a$20penalty and $8mileage miscalculationoff. Icalled mybank and reportedit.
Never use this location. They are lazy, rude, dishonest.

Horribly understaffed. Reserved atruck ahead oftime thinking I’d bein andout, ended upwaiting anhour inline for people torent storage units and for someone tomove atruck that was parked infront ofmine.

It took over 30minutes toget atruck Ihad reserved online with all myinformation, drivers license, blankets hand truck— which Ihad todo all over again atthe pick updesk. When returning the truck there were atleast adozen trucks waiting tobe returned. After 20minutes with noone coming over toaccept the return Iwent into the office slammed the key onthe counter and said never again. This franchise isfrom hell.

lack ofresponsibility tocustomers, Imade anappointment two weeks before, directly atthe store toinstall ahitch onmyBMW, Ilost aday's work, toarrive ontime, and the answer was that they didn't have the part toinstall onmycar! Iam verysad:(

The service was quick, polite and efficient. The van Irented was very clean and all ofthe small dings were properly documented before Ileft thelot. I'd rent there again.

Worst service. Wish Icould give them zero stars. They charged meextra and beware ofthis store. They were not ready toserve the customer. First ofall there was noone incounter for 10mins and next they charged more onmy card without any prior notification. When Icalled they were asking meto read contract and the store manager isnot ready tolisten and impolitely stating that hecan’t give back mymoney.very rude customer service. Inever goback tothis store again.

I will NEVER RENT another storage unit from them ever again. The storage unit became infested with rats and roaches, Iloss everything Because ofthe rat droppings and roaches was climbing all through mystuff Idid not bring them with meand Idon’t want totake them withme. Ialso have pictures within all mystuff that was destroy. Ipaid for aninsurance policy and never heard nothing back from the insurance company. There was even adead rat inmy unit, when the movers went totake the stuffout. Then they wanted meto pay for the unit still after. Itold them about the unit being infested. They need toshut down.
